Close Call

Our basement flooded.  Luckily, everything I am taking to the con was upstairs.

    Brian's flooded too. Do none of you have sump pumps?

    Sump pump makes no difference. The water is coming UP from the sewer drain.

    yeah I wasn't as lucky. I was redoing my characters for the Con. All my books are now soggy. :-(
